the beach, the garden level of this stylish villa has been
converted into a comfortable apartment with direct access onto a
terrace leading down to the garden and pool. One of the bedrooms is
facing the rear and the other is overlooking the garden and the
sea beyond. The sitting/dining room is light and airy with large sofas
and leather dining chairs. Satellite television with channels from al
over the world! A breakfast bar with four stools separates the living
area, up one step from the well appointed kitchen which has a microwave
as well as a traditional oven. The garden is well established, mostly
laid to lawn, and enclosed by a high hedge and shrubs and there are
plenty of loungers and other garden furniture. On the owners' terrace
there is a large brick-built barbecue which you are welcome to use,
together with the swimming pool. Estepona is still very much a
traditional Spanish town and its attractive marina offers an endless
choice of restaurants.
